If support is unable to satisfactorily resolve problems, a refund for the product will be cheerfully provided. The goal of Dalesplace Software is to provide easy to use, functional software and pleasant, responsive help.
If you are having any problems with RPWiz, please see "Know Issues" of the Online RPWiz Help Pages. Any issues that are reported are identified there as well as the fix or "work around" if one is available. I would appreciate you letting me know if you have any questions or problems with the software at my site.
Shareware upgrade policy. All interim releases of shareware are available to registered users without cost. Your existing registration key will continue to work. Pricing for new versions will vary with the product and be announced when the product is released.
Privacy Policy. Any information supplied to Software by DalesPlace will be kept confidential. User registration data will not be supplied to any other party for any reason except under a direct court order. Software by Dalesplace does reserve the right to contact register users by email for purposes of product notification. We do not send regular newsletters or announcements. If you do not wish us to contact you with occasional information about the product you purchased, please let us know and you will be excluded from any mailing we may do.
The service Software by DalesPlace uses to process orders has a privacy policy consistent with ours. Their policy states:
